Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application service provided by JangBollae (hereinafter "Service"), and stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the shopping list management and sharing service provided by JangBollae.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered and created an account for the Service.
- "Content" refers to shopping lists, items, notes, photos, etc. created by users within the Service.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to users through other means.
- The Company may change these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws when necessary.
- When Terms are changed, the Company shall notify users at least 7 days in advance through the Service's notice board, specifying the changes and effective date.
Article 4 (Service Provision)
The Company provides the following services:
- Shopping list creation and management
- Automatic item category classification
- List sharing functionality
- Template saving and quick selection
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
- Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form prescribed by the Company and expressing their consent to these Terms.
- The Company supports easy registration through social login (Kakao, Apple, Google).
- The Company may refuse to approve or subsequently terminate the service agreement for applications that fall under any of the following:
- Using another person's information
- Providing false information
- Other cases where registration would significantly interfere with Service operation
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Using another person's information
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of information obtained from the Service
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
- Posting obscene or violent content
- Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
- Other activities that violate relevant laws
Article 7 (Content Management)
- Users are responsible for the content they create.
- The Company may delete or refuse to post content created by users if it violates relevant laws or these Terms.
- While the Company strives to ensure security and privacy protection for shared list content, access through shared links is managed under the user's responsibility.
Article 8 (Service Changes and Suspension)
- The Company may change or discontinue the Service, and in such cases, shall notify users of the reason through the Service's notice board.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for the use of free services unless otherwise specified by relevant laws.
- The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
- The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from information or data obtained through the Service.
Article 10 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)
- Members may request withdrawal at any time through the settings menu within the Service, and the Company shall process the withdrawal immediately.
- Upon membership withdrawal, the member's personal information and content shall be retained for a certain period in accordance with relevant laws and then destroyed.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
- Courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising between the Company and users.
- The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes between the Company and users.
Addendum
These Terms shall be effective from January 22, 2026.
